Occupation: chef, maid, taxi driver, lawn maintenance, (okay, Homemaker)?
Personal: I am a proud mother of two, 9 (Ocean) 5 (Kai) and they both love being active! Ocean does tri’s and swims on NTC Fastlane. My husband Chase and I have been together for 18 years ( high school sweethearts) and we both do triathlons. I also homeschool my kids.
Why you chose “Tri With Sway”: I need a good kick in the butt! :)
Why you are participating in endurance sports: It’s fun! Also to stay in shape ( my husband would say for him) , show my kids the importance of staying active and healthy, and it’s something my husband and I enjoy together.
Goals: Specific event? Gasparilla Marathon –I would like to better my pace
Accomplishments: Completed first tri/5k/pr’s…etc. Xterra Calastcahoochee, Disney Half Marathon, A few small tri’s
Something interesting about yourself: I graduated from high school in Kuwait the spring before Desert Storm.
